We want our students to feel secure in their decision to sign up for a Designlab short course. This is why we offer a Satisfaction Guarantee. If our short courses do not meet your expectations or if we drop the ball, you can reach out to request a refund.
Please note that there are factors that may affect your eligibility for the Satisfaction Guarantee:
- If you have 1 or more forfeited sessions with your mentor you are ineligible for a refund
- The refund must be requested within 30 days of your cohort’s official end date
- Your request can only be honored if Designlab is responsible for issues with your course experience. These issues may include, but are not limited to, curriculum, mentorship, etc.
In the event that you are not eligible for the Satisfaction Guarantee, we may provide a prorated refund instead.
Please note that at this time we are not able to provide a refund for unused sessions due to finishing your course early.
